LLVM 3.4 has been released with full C++1y support

This morning, LLVM version 3.4 was released!

The latest version of the LLVM C++ compiler (Clang) and the standard library (libc++), fully implements the C++14 draft standard.

I haven't been able to get to "3.4" downloads through llvm.org. You following the links and you end up at 3.3.
Is anyone else seeing this?

Update: apparently it was caching issue in my browser. Never mind.

that aside does C++14 have concepts?
I tried to vector<double> vec... sort(vec) and it did not work. :(
